Founder & Artistic Director
Jitesh Kanak Ranchod
Choreographer, producer, performer, educator and entrepreneur. Jitesh founded Celestial Groove in 2022 as a platform for celebrating Indian culture through dance education, theatre and live entertainment.
He began dancing at five and turned professional at fifteen, building over a decade of performance and choreography experience. His work fuses traditional Indian dance, contemporary theatrical storytelling and cinematic stage production.
In 2018 he won Dance Deewane South Africa, earning a place on the internationally televised Dance Deewane stage in India, performing before Madhuri Dixit, filmmaker Shashank Khaitan and choreographer Tushar Kalia. He has performed in India, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Zanzibar, reached the Top 3 on Dance Yo Dumo, and choreographed opening performances for Udit Narayan, Neha Kakkar and Vidya Vox. He holds Grade 2 Kathak through the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing.

Kajal Dehaloo
Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. With Kathak and semi classical being close to my heart, while continually exploring new styles and forms of movement. I have had the opportunity of performing in productions such as Dil Se Bollywood, which has further shaped my journey as a dancer and performer.
